Palletization turns loose cartons into stable transport units. This calculator estimates how many cartons fit on one pallet and how many pallets the full shipment requires.
It tests both carton orientations on the pallet footprint, then uses the best fit per layer. After that it applies the available stack height to determine the number of layers.

Cartons per pallet = Cartons per layer x Layers; Pallets = ceil(Total cartons / Cartons per pallet)
